Account deletion

1. In the app (recommended — immediate)

Business account (owner): Settings → Account → “Delete account”. Your account, the business and all of its data are permanently deleted: appointments, services, clients, team, public page, notifications, the subscription (cancelled automatically in Stripe). Staff lose access to the business.

Staff / specialist account: Settings → Account → “Delete account”. Your account and your membership are deleted; past appointments stay in the business's records, unlinked from your account.

Client account: Profile → “Delete account”. Your account, bookings, reviews and notification preferences are deleted.

In-app deletion is irreversible and runs immediately; you are asked to confirm by typing the indicated word.

2. Without the app (email request)

Email admin@fynd.tech from the address you signed up with, subject “Delete FYND account”. No app installation is needed.

To make sure the request comes from the account holder we reply to the same address with a short confirmation; once you confirm, we delete the account within 30 days and send a final confirmation.

3. What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: account data (name, email, phone, password), business data, appointments, clients, services, uploaded images, the push-notification token, preferences, reviews you wrote.

Kept only as long as the law requires: financial and accounting documents tied to the subscription (invoices, payment records), for the statutory retention period. They are no longer linked to an active account.

Data a business entered about you as its client (its client record) belongs to that business, which is its controller; you can ask that business to delete it, or write to us and we relay the request.
