Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FYND is operated by the owner of the FYND platform ("FYND", "we"). You can reach us anytime at admin@fynd.tech.

2. The service

FYND gives businesses a booking calendar, a public reservation page, client and team management, notifications and reports. End clients can discover businesses and book appointments.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, announcing major changes in advance.

3. Accounts

Business accounts are created on fynd.tech by the business representative. Staff join via invite links. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity in your account.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, complete information.

4. Subscription, pricing and free trial

The FYND Pro subscription costs €15/month for 2 seats (owner + 1 staff member), plus €10/month for each additional 2-seat pack. An annual option exists (€150/year + €100/year per extra pack). Prices may be updated with prior notice; your price does not change during a period you have already paid for.

New businesses get a 90-day free trial from account opening, regardless of seat count. Payments are processed by Stripe; you can cancel anytime from the app and keep access until the end of the paid/trial period. We do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

5. Bookings between businesses and clients

FYND facilitates appointments between businesses and their clients but is not a party to that relationship. Booked services are provided solely by the business, which is responsible for their quality, price and delivery. Payment for booked services happens directly with the business, not through FYND.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for illegal activity, spam, fake accounts or bookings, unauthorized data collection, unauthorized access attempts or disrupting the service. Content published by businesses (descriptions, images, reviews) must be truthful and must not infringe others' rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Your data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (fynd.tech/confidentialitate). For client data a business enters into the platform, the business is the data controller and FYND acts as a processor.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime directly in the app (Settings → Delete account). Deleting a business account permanently removes the business and all its data and cancels the subscription. Deletion is irreversible.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYND's liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid to FYND in the last 12 months. FYND is not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, data loss caused by external factors, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights under Romanian and EU law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after they take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Romania, without affecting your consumer rights (including the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
